Anything with flames on it is cool.

I went to the Subterranean last night with Jay, Ellie, and Dan. Dave Strackany was headlining and he commanded the entire room, by himself, playing a ukulele that had flames painted on it. He said that at first he played the smaller guitar because it was just easier to carry around while he was touring everyday, but it's slowly becoming a trademark of his, that he prefers. After the show, we drove back and made nachos. I slept until 12:30 P.M. today on Jay and Ellie's couch.

Jay and Ellie got me a $50 gift card to iTunes for Christmas once they got back from London (because they "couldn't find anything suitably tacky"). I've already picked out two out-of-print albums I hadn't been able to find anywhere else, I'm excited. They brought Dan back a candy G-string and gave Nanna furry dishwashing gloves. Those two are a lot of fun.
