New Year’s Resolutions: Two Weeks Late Cause I Do Better under Tighter Deadlines

Daily: Trust my gut. Stay consistent. Read at night instead of watching television before bed. Watch more movies instead of television. Go to bed and wake up earlier, to avoid going to work in a daze. Have better morning and after-work routines. Go to the gym twice a week, nothing obsessive. Not eating crap on a regular basis. Save money and keep a budget written down for each paycheck. Figure out graduate school. Take care of things when I think of them instead of putting them off. Cook and grocery shop. Send letters. Road trips. Go camping. Take advantage of what’s going on in the city. Learn something new everyday. Swear off apathy. Take advantage of downtime, at work or otherwise. Resurrect music website. Get a new digital camera and take more pictures. Allow myself to be better off than the day before everyday and don’t let things build up. Appreciate how lucky I am, but don’t get complacent or let things slip.

Places I want to go this year: California in March, and Boston in the spring for sure. Put aside money for traveling internationally, this summer or later in the year.
