From now on

Get out of bed as soon as I wake up
Eat breakfast every morning
Get plenty of sleep
Keep track of where important things are (i.e. find my iPod)
Go to the gym right after work
Go to church when I can
Be efficient and stay motivated at work
Keep budgeting and saving my paychecks
Take the dog for walks and be outside as much as possible
Be consistent in who I am
Not get caught up in trivialities and look at the foundation of things
Read and watch movies instead of watching television
Take care of things as they come up
Take things on one at a time
Learn and do new things that I sometimes shy away from
Be grateful, helpful, inquisitive, and challenging.

And remind myself of the importance of all these things constantly.
